Voice Traffic Analysis provides end users with key insights and detailed metrics to help understand the toll that unwanted voice traffic is having the voice network. The Essentials package includes no cost traffic analysis of call detail recording (CDR) provided by the end user. One year of incoming traffic is preferred but a minimum of one month is required.
