ECW215 - Engenius Cloud Managed Wall-Plate AP

The EnGenius ECW215 is a dual-band 802.11ax wireless access point designed for indoor deployments requiring both Wi-Fi and wired connectivity. It supports speeds up to 1,200 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. This wall-plate AP features a low-profile design, making it suitable for in-room installations in environments such as hospitality, dormitories, or multi-tenant units. It includes an on-board 2-port switch with 802.1Q VLAN support, allowing for segmented network traffic. The device supports 802.3af/at PoE input on LAN1 and LAN2 for power and data transmission up to 328 feet, and offers Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) support to power connected PoE devices like VoIP phones. Additional features include SmartCasting for in-room media streaming, the ability to extend SSID settings to LAN ports, and mesh wireless support for simplified setup and signal optimization.
