A multiple-strain blend of bacteria formulated to attack the soils commonly associated with build-ups in pipes and grease traps. Regular use will decrease the frequency of cleaning out grease traps and eliminate slow-flowing drains.

Drain and Grease Trap Maintenance

• During initial start-up, manually dilute product at a rate of 1:3 with warm water and pour about 1 gallon (3.78 L) of diluted solution down each floor drain in the facility
• Dose daily at a rate of 5 - 30 oz. / day (148 mL - 886 mL/day) into the drain, trying to get the product past the P-trap in the drain line at the drain closest to the grease trap. Dose at the higher end of the range for the first 2 weeks of treatment and then gradually lower the rate as the bacteria population is built in the drain system.
• Odor reduction should be noticeable within 24 hours after the initial dosing

Septic Tanks

• Dose daily at a rate of 0.05 - 0.17 oz. per gallon (1.48 - 4.7 mL / 3.78L) of septic tank capacity, depending on the soil load in the septic tank
• In food processing or handling areas, all food products and packaging materials must be removed or carefully protected prior to use
• Not for use on food contact surfaces or direct food contact
