Suma Dish Pot and Pan Detergent is a non-corrosive, super-concentrated pot and pan detergent that delivers superior cleaning performance. It quickly removes grease and food residues from soiled areas, leaving equipment and utensils thoroughly clean and sink areas smelling clean and fresh. Detergent is designed for three-compartment sinks and cold room environments.

Use this product as directed by your Diversey representative.

• Fill wash sink to the desired level with detergent solution by dispensing with the provided Diversey dispenser.
• Soak pots, pans, utensils, glassware and other equipment for 5 to 10 minutes, or as needed. Carefully handle knives and other sharp objects.
• Brush to remove grease and other food soils using a plastic brush or scrubbing pad.
• Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
• Sanitize cleaned items according to the label instructions of the sanitizer in use
• Air dry on drainboard or other suitable clean surface.

Before using this product, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the area or carefully protected. Avoid contamination

of food contact surfaces.

For Food Plant Use: All food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after treatment with this product. Avoid

contamination of food during use or storage.

Store at room temperature and avoid freezing.
