Service Scope: Onsite installation, configuration, and testing of Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems for designated meeting spaces.
Hardware Compatibility: Support for Microsoft Teams certified devices from various manufacturers (e.g., Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Crestron, Lenovo, etc.).
Software Configuration: Installation and setup of Windows IoT Enterprise, Microsoft Teams Rooms application, necessary drivers, and firmware updates.
Network Integration: Basic network connectivity setup, IP configuration, and verification of required network access for MTR functionality.
Audio & Video Calibration: Initial calibration and testing of room audio (microphones, speakers) and video (cameras, displays) for optimal meeting experience.
Functionality Testing: Comprehensive testing of core MTR features including meeting join, content sharing, audio/video quality, and peripheral device functionality.
Prerequisites (Client Responsibility): Pre-staged MTR hardware, available network drops and power outlets, pre-configured MTR user accounts, IT administrative access, and prepared physical mounting for displays and peripherals.
Deliverables: Fully functional Microsoft Teams Room system(s) in specified rooms, basic handover documentation, and initial operational guidance.
