Clorox Healthcare Spore Defense is your low-odor, easy-on-surfaces cleaner/disinfectant for facility-wide use. It kills 45 microorganisms including C. difficile spores in 5 minutes and is bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal in 1 minute. It kills many bacteria and envelops viruses, such as Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, Human Coronavirus, Measles and Mumps Virus, Hepatitis A Virus and more. This Spore Defense cleaner meets EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. One-step cleaner/disinfectant is compatible with a wide variety of surfaces including acrylic, chrome, aluminum, plastic, vinyl, glazed porcelain and stainless steel. Use this cleaner for floors, bed frames, infant incubators, stretchers, wheelchairs and more. Most surfaces require spraying until thoroughly wet to meet contact times so let air-dry and then wipe clean. Precleaning is required for highly soiled surfaces. Directions for Hard Surfaces:

For visibly soiled areas, a precleaning is required.

• Remove visible soil if present or if disinfecting for C. difficile spores.
• Spray surface until thoroughly wet.
• Allow surface to remain visibly wet for the contact time (1 minute for most pathogens listed on the product label, or 5 minutes for C. difficile ).
• Let air dry or wipe clean.

Directions for Application to Hard Surfaces with a Mop, Cloth or Sponge:

For visibly soiled areas, a precleaning is required.

• Remove visible soil if present or if disinfecting for C. difficile spores.
• Directly apply product with cloth, sponge, mop, rag, disposable wipe, scrubber or by soaking until surfaces are thoroughly wet.
• Allow surface to remain visibly wet for the contact time (3 minutes for bacteria and most fungi listed on the product label, or 5 minutes for C. difficile ).
• Let air dry or wipe clean.
