CLM100 Digital Current Loop Monitor
Maretron's CLM100 serves as a bridge, converting 4-20 mA current loop signals from a variety of transducers into digital data for display on Maretron devices. It supports numerous applications including monitoring voltage, current, flow rates, temperature, humidity, and more using compatible transducers. By implementing the CLM100 with devices such as accelerometers and vibration sensors, early detection of machinery issues can be achieved, minimizing maintenance costs and downtime.
Some practical applications of the CLM100 include measuring shaft speed by connecting a rotational rate transducer and monitoring loads via clevis pins equipped with 4-20 mA interfaces. The data obtained can then be easily viewed on Maretron's NMEA 2000® compatible displays.
