The Tilted Element™ design allows the transducer's ceramic element to be fixed at a 20°, 12°, or 0° angle within the housing. By installing the transducer almost flush to the hull, the built-in tilt compensates for the hull's deadrise, positioning the element horizontally to maximize echo returns.
