Maximum coverage under the boat is achieved with this medium-frequency transducer, serving anglers who target pelagic species in the upper water column.

When paired with our other popular models such as the B275LHW, provides the angler with a broad set of frequencies (Low, Medium-Wide, High-Wide) to interrogate targets from deep to shallow.

The Airmar B175C-12-MW-MM is a 1 kW thru-hull transducer designed for marine applications, providing depth and fast-response water temperature data. It operates on a medium frequency band of 60-100 kHz, offering 40 kHz of total bandwidth. This transducer features a fixed 12-degree tilted element, suitable for hulls with a deadrise between 8 and 15 degrees, and is housed in bronze for compatibility with fiberglass or wood hulls. Its medium frequency and ultra-wide beamwidth (57-73 degrees port/starboard, 16 degrees average fore/aft) are intended for users tracking pelagic species in the upper water column or seeking deeper species. The unit supports depth tracking down to 400 meters (1,300 feet) and includes Xducer ID technology. It requires a Mix-N-Match cable, which is not included. This model is appropriate for vessels up to 11 meters (36 feet) in length.
