Retaining all the essential features of the FMX-42, the FMX-42u includes four balanced XLR line/mic inputs, individual level and pan controls, switchable 48V phantom power, professional-grade VU meters, a master level control, a 1k tone generator, two balanced XLR outputs, and a stereo mini-jack output for DV cameras. A dedicated headphone output with level control ensures accurate monitoring of your audio.
The mixer is powered by six internal AA batteries or an optional 12V DC external power supply (Azden part #BC-27H), and it comes with a durable ballistic nylon carrying case for easy transport.
