The AT-4020 is a specially formulated acrylic adhesive designed for bonding various surfaces, particularly in vertical or overhead applications, with minimal sagging. It cures in 10 to 12 minutes and achieves working strength within 40 minutes. This adhesive is ideal for composite and plastic bonding applications; however, it is not suitable for bonding metal substrates. Unlike other two-part acrylic adhesives, the AT-4020 has a shelf life of one year when stored at 72°F, but refrigeration is recommended whenever possible. It is available in a convenient 50ml cartridge and can be mixed by hand or with the AT-300 gun and mixing tips. The 50ml cartridge is capable of bonding approximately 150 to 200 parts.
