Allworx 8210013 6x/6x12 Call Assistant (7 & Lower) - RFA

This Windows PC-based tool fully integrated with Allworx VoIP phones is designed to bring ease and efficiency to the operator/receptionist tasks. The new Call Assistant 2.1 version allows users the ability to record all incoming and outgoing calls with the click of a button and dial directly from the Call Assistant application via their desktop. Also included is the new Call History tab located in the Switchboard section. This tab displays all incoming and outgoing calls that have been dialed and received by the user. Call Assistant also provides enhanced views of the company directory and auto attendant status parked calls call queues and call monitors. Users can transfer callers between any one of these views via their desktop.
