The 660E model is designed to automatically synchronize your trailer brakes with your tow vehicle's axle brakes through surge technology. When the trailer pushes the tow vehicle, this actuator telescopes and applies hydraulic pressure to the brakes via the master cylinder. It includes a built-in dampening shock absorber to manage shock against the hitch ball. Ensure you follow local brake regulations; consider additional brakes based on your state's requirements.
