The NetVanta 6250 24 FXS VoIP Gateway is ADTRAN's premier IP Business Gateway designed for delivering high-performance business communication services.
This device includes a combination of interfaces: one combo 10/100/1000Base-T/SFP Gigabit interface, four 10/100 BaseT interfaces, four T1 interfaces (which can be used for WAN or PRI/CAS), and 24 FXS ports, alongside a resilient IP Router.
The VoIP gateway is capable of supporting simultaneous Back-to-Back User Agent (B2BUA) and SIP proxy functionalities, making it highly versatile. It also features G.168 Echo Cancellation for both G.711 and G.729a CODECs, allowing for up to 72 simultaneous TDM to VoIP call conversions.
It supports VoIP applications using both SIP (for analog PRI and IP endpoints/PBX) and MGCP (for analog only). Router functionalities include OSPF, BGP, RIP V1/V2, static routes, VRRP, multi-VRF, and a stateful inspection firewall.
An optional Session Border Controller Feature Pack is also available for enhanced security and functionality.
