Adtran 4213612L1#TDM Total Access 612 T1 Digital Voice Gateway

The Total Access 612 T1 Digital Voice Gateway is designed for efficient VoATM and VoIP applications. It includes a single T1 ATM network interface optimized for high-performance voice services. The gateway features integrated Echo Cancellation (G.168) and ADPCM (G.726) compression resources, ensuring clear voice quality even in challenging conditions.

For existing users upgrading from a 2nd Gen TA 612/616/624 T1 TDM to ATM, an additional Echo Cancellation and compression resource module (either 1200613L1 or 4200613L1) may be required if it wasn't originally included. The device supports a range of fixed FXS ports (4, 8, 12, 16, or 24) with a 50-pin female Amphenol connector for carrier-class analog POTS interfaces.

This gateway also features an integral IP router, supporting 10/100BaseT Ethernet connectivity. The router is equipped with DHCP, NAT/PAT, packet filtering, and RIP V1/V2 for versatile network management. Additionally, it supports a Layer 2 PPP and Frame Relay V.35 synchronous DTE interface, making it a robust choice for enterprise applications.

Constructed with a durable metal casing, the Total Access 612 T1 Digital Voice Gateway is backed by a 10-year warranty and can be powered via AC. A battery backup option is available for added reliability.
