The ADTRAN ATLAS 550 Dual Universal Synchronous Serial Interface (USSI) Module is specifically designed to enhance connectivity in wide area networking applications. With its ability to provide two synchronous EIA-530, EIA-530A, X.21, V.11, V.36, RS-449, or RS-232 DTE ports, this module acts as a bridge for high-speed routers and DTE equipment to connect seamlessly to the WAN.
