This service provides after-hours telephone support for ProStart customers, ensuring assistance is available outside of regular business hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
The support covers a range of NetVanta products including the 1234, 1234P, 1531, 1531P, 1534, 1534P, 1544, 1544P, 1544F, 1550-24, and 1550-24P. The service includes enhanced installation support, which incorporates VLAN management, SNMP, and QoS functionality.
If ProCloud service is ordered, ProCloud installation is also included.
