The Brocade 10GBase-SR XFP transceiver module is designed to provide high-speed connectivity for compatible network switches. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GigE) standards and uses a LC multi-mode interface.
This module can reach distances of up to 984 feet (300 meters) and is compatible with Brocade BigIron RX switches (RX-4, RX-8, RX-16) as well as Foundry FastIron Edge Switches (X424, X448).
