PSS Shaft Seal Maintenance & Parts Replacement Kit
Designed for 2" Shaft and 2 3/4" Tube, this kit is essential for maintaining the integrity of your PSS Shaft Seal.
Regular inspection of the PSS bellows is crucial to identify signs of wear, aging, or chemical deterioration. It's recommended to replace the bellow every six years. During this replacement, it is advisable to also replace the o-rings and set screws in the stainless steel rotor.
In environments where non-sealed batteries emit sulfuric acid, the bellows should be inspected more frequently due to the accelerated degradation caused by sulfuric acid vapor and ozonators.
The Maintenance Kit includes everything you need to properly maintain your PSS Shaft Seal, including one (1) PSS bellow, two (2) O-rings, five (5) set screws, four (4) hose clamps, and an allen key.
