The WatchMate XB-8000 smartAIS is equipped to trigger an external alarm that can be conveniently mounted anywhere on your vessel. When the XB-8000 senses a potential risk due to a collision, anchor drag, or a MOB activation, it alerts you through an alarm on your mobile device while simultaneously sounding the external alarm, which remains operational even if your mobile device is turned off.

This alarm is designed for straightforward mounting and connects directly to the XB-8000 without requiring external relays or additional components. Adjust the volume easily by rotating the sound output vane.

It can be configured to emit either a steady continuous tone or a pulsing sound, similar to a truck backup alarm. Built to be heavy-duty and robust, the alarm features terminals that allow for screw-down connections or the use of 6.35mm (1/4") quick disconnects.

This product is compatible with both 12 and 24 VDC systems and includes reverse polarity protection to safeguard against incorrect wiring.
