Thermal Hero NEO is a premium thermal compound that offers a wide range of applications due to its excellent thermal properties. The thermal paste has very good flow behaviour with very low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. As a result, the paste achieves a minimal layer thickness even at low contact pressure, which leads to very good cooling performance. It is easy to apply, does not stick and does not flow in an uncontrolled manner. This thermal paste is characterised by good cooling performance and is ideal for all types of CPUs, GPUs and chipsets. NEO is a premium cooling performance thermal compound with a high thermal conductivity value of up to ≤12.0 W/Mk and a low thermal resistance. It ensures optimum heat dissipation from the CPU and GPU to the cooler. The full performance stability of NEO is achieved after a short time.
VERSATILE APPLICATION: The paste is equally suitable for cooling with air and water coolers and is ideal for AMD Ryzen and Intel Core CPUs, regardless of their size. It is also perfectly matched for GPUs from AMD (RADEON) and NVIDIA (Geforce), as well as for gaming consoles such as PS4, PS5 and Xbox, and also for laptops.
EASY TO APPLY: The paste is easy to apply and can be spread evenly on the CPU or GPU either by applying pressure to the cooler or using the enclosed spatula. It is also particularly suitable for coolers with low contact pressure.
RESISTANT FORMULATION: NEO was developed according to German performance and quality standards and recommends a storage period of up to 5 years at room temperature and unopened. For optimum performance, it is recommended to renew the paste after 2 years of use at the latest (period of use on the CPU). The Paste is not electrical conductive.
APPLICATION QUANTITIES: Small CPU (LGA 11xx, LGA12xx, AM4, FM2+) 1g approx.5-6, 2g approx.10-12, 4g approx.20-24, 10g approx. 50-60 applications and 25g up to approx.145 applications. Large CPU (LGA 20xx, TR4, Server) approx. 1g per Applikation. 25g approx. 23-25 applications.
