Combat and prevent breakouts with our Clear Skin Toner. A unique toner that balances skin, made with hyaluronic acid to prevent over-drying while still providing astringent properties. Made with hyaluronic acid, tea tree oil, witch hazel and peppermint. Hyaluronic Acid provides moisture to prevent over-drying. Tea tree oil reduces sebum build up from excess oil in the pores. Witch hazel provides astringent properties to combat oil. Peppermint provides antibacterial properties to combat acne. Do not use if sensitive to tea tree or peppermint oil. Directions: SUR Skincare is labeled with numbers to help with your skincare layering. Use the Clear Skin Toner after you wash your face and before the application of a serum and/or moisturizer. Apply 1-2 pumps to the face and massage into skin until completely absorbed.
