Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.


Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is is calculated based on FedEx and United States Postal Services's published rates for each item in the order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days!  


US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers
The cost for shipping is based on FedEx and United States Postal Services's published rates for each item in the order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.


Military/Air Force Base Customers
The cost for shipping is based on FedEx and United States Postal Services's published rates for each item in the order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.


Canadian Customers
The cost for shipping is based on FedEx and United States Postal Services's published rates for each item in the order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via Federal Express International or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Steve Madden invoice.  All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card. The maximum refusal fee is $49.90


Shipping Procedures


Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.   This email is sent after the first UPS scan.  The email will include the UPS tracking number.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.  You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking  Order Statuslink in the top header of the site.


Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.


Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in  Order Status.  We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
To check the status of your order anytime:
1.    Click Order Status and sign in using your email address and password or your email address and order number. 
2.    This will bring to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from UPS. 

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
•    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). 
•    Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
