Each Series 40 Orbit Block™ features our innovative carbon-reinforced C-Cleat™ for secure rope retention, coupled with efficient fairleads that facilitate rapid adjustments from any angle. The cleat arms are crafted from adjustable stainless steel, allowing for customizable cleating angles.
The ball bearing models utilize a sophisticated 2-stage bearing system that includes ball bearings to minimize friction and a secondary full-contact bearing ensuring low friction throughout a wide working load range.
High Load variants are tailored for applications with significant dynamic or static loads, incorporating a robust grade 2205 stainless steel sheave and hub along with a triple bearing race to reduce friction even under high-stress conditions.
