Ancor Heat Shrink Tubing - 1/2" x 12" - 5-Pack - Black

This package includes five sections of adhesive lined heat shrink tubing, each measuring 12" (30.5 cm) long and with a starting diameter of 1/2" (12.7 mm) that shrinks down to 5/32" (4 mm).

Wire Range: 8-4 AWG

Technical Specifications

  • Cross linked polyolefin tubing is more durable than PVC and won't burn like PVC.
  • Heat activated adhesive lining creates an impermeable seal against saltwater, oil, acids, and UV light while providing strain relief.
  • Highest shrink ratio, reduces to 1/3 of its original size.
  • Shrinks at temperatures of 257°F / 125°C.
  • Designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 110°C.
  • Compliant with UL 224 standards.
