This multipurpose handcart with an upgraded, retractable, telescopic metal handle collapses to 3" high and expands to 17-1/2". Nonslip plastic lid supports up to 270 lb. and may be used as seat or stepstool for versatile functionality. Four Dual Spinner wheels gives this cart 360-degree mobility when pivoting and gliding. Wheels are a coated with a rubber thread to improve traction. Back wheels include brakes to prevent cart from moving on its own. Re-engineered, polypropylene wall panels provide added strength. Basket measures 14" wide x 17" long x 17-1/2" high.
