The system features a single cable design for easy installation between the antenna and control unit, with the option to use the Intellian MIM Switch (M2-TD02) sold separately for direct channel changes, similar to a home setup. Enhanced satellite acquisition is possible with the built-in GPS system. For DirecTV subscribers, the i6 supports all SD channels; upgrade to the Intellian s6HD for HD programming.
