Ancor's marine-grade tinned copper wire ensures durability and longevity, surpassing the standards set by UL 1426, ABYC, and US Coast Guard. Made with premium vinyl insulation, this wire is rated for 600V and operates effectively in temperatures between -40°F to 105°C. It remains flexible in extreme cold and is designed to withstand harsh marine environments, including exposure to saltwater, oil, gasoline, and UV radiation.
The ultra-flexible (Type 3) stranding of the tinned copper provides excellent resistance to corrosion and electrolysis, while also minimizing fatigue from vibration and movement.
