What Does the Service Cover?
This plan provides access to our Data Recovery Service (DRS) for hard drive failures, software malfunctions, and other issues that can lead to data loss. Please review the terms and conditions for detailed coverage options and exclusions.
Coverage Period
Coverage starts on the purchase date of the service plan or the associated drive. For example, with a 2-year plan purchased on February 12, 2024, the plan will expire on February 11, 2026.
Non-Transferrable Plan
This service plan is tied to the original drive and cannot be transferred to other units.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund excluding any claims processed. Post 30 days, refunds will be prorated with a 10% administrative fee applied.
