The Attwood chrome-plated cowl ventilator is engineered for easy installation on boat hulls, allowing for effective ventilation. The unit can be mounted from inside or outside the hull, providing flexibility during installation. This ventilator features a twist-in design for ventilation hoses (not included) that creates a raised water barrier to prevent ingress.

Made from corrosion-resistant materials that won't discolor, this ventilator meets ABYC H-2 standards for cross-sectional area requirements, making it suitable for both intake and exhaust applications.

Designed for use with 3" I.D. wire-supported ventilation hose, it includes a flexible hose flange that screws onto the hose, allowing the vent to snap easily onto the flange. The construction uses a durable chrome-plated die-cast Perma-Plate® ZAMAK while the flange is made from non-corrosive plastic. Installation requires #8 screws and fits installation hole sizes between 3-1/4" to 3-1/2".
